At Mini Museum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique collectibles. If your item isn't a perfect fit for your collection, we offer a 30-day return window for most products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and display cases are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
